The Phillips Transfer Station currently services the Towns of Phillips and Avon and Madrid Township. Residents and property owners are authorized to use this facility for refuse generated in households and commercial establishments of Phillips, Avon and Madrid Townships. A permit must be displayed on the vehicle you are entering the Transfer Station with for disposal of accepted items. Please see the guidelines and fees link above.
A much-needed new compactor was put in operation in the 2021 summer season.
PLEASE see an attendant before unloading to the OBW or Metal bins. Not all plastics are being collected for recycling. Thank you for taking the time to separate those that need to go in the compactor. The attendants are happy to direct you to the appropriate disposal.
